You can buy individual sessions as well as six, nine or twelve-session blocks. 

This is a typical plan for a six-session block.

  1. EXPLORATION. 2 SESSIONS. Developing an understanding of what the challenges and issues are, where you believe your strengths are and what you perceive you need to work on. This would cover both business matters but always relationships and people management too. 

  2. CREATIVITY. 2 SESSIONS. Here we can allow ourselves to be playful as we explore together different ways of addressing issues we have surfaced with role play and other techniques. 

  3. ACTION. 2 SESSIONS. Working together on bringing discoveries and new thinking into everyday business activity. 

Sessions are 90 minutes – working face-to-face and remote. 

Sessions tend to be at 4-week intervals to allow for reflection upon and assimilation of the things we discover, observe and feel. 


RELATIONSHIP

I will not tell you what to do or offer active advice; coaching is not management consultancy. Rather I will help you discover your own solutions and approaches with the aim that your self-awareness grows and you become the best version of yourself you can possibly be in your leadership role or as you develop towards leadership roles.

Leadership is a lonely road and I will stand alongside you offering a safe and completely confidential space to share anything you need to. My training allows me to ask the right open questions, my business experience allows me to see where constructive challenge needs to take place.
